Hello! I’m Jeremy, a registered psychologist who provides a warm and supportive approach to therapy.

I provide an environment where we can work together to achieve meaningful and individualised life goals. I value collaboration and work alongside clients in a safe, non-judgemental space to build insight, resilience, and skills that support positive change.

 

I enjoy building relationships with my clients and tailor my approach to meet the specific needs of each client. I enjoy working with a range of different clients from adolescents through to older adults.

I am committed to using evidence-based treatments, utilising a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing strategies.
