Mindful Pause

Take a moment to ground yourself with our guided deep breathing video.

Breath in deeply through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 2 seconds, and exhale for 6 seconds. Follow along with the video to gently synchronise your breath.

We encourage you to repeat this pattern until you feel a sense of ease. Hopefully it can take the edge off any intense emotion you may be feeling.

Remember, if a thought pops in your mind, tell yourself you will come back to that thought after this breathing exercise.

Let this practice offer a moment of peace for our body and mind amidst the chaos of everyday life. Give yourself permission to step away from your day for a brief moment as you connect with your breath and discover mindfulness.
