About the practice
Therapy creates a space to understand the impact of our lived experiences on our bodies and mind. Therapy helps to facilitate and support the process of understanding our ways of being in the world both physically and emotionally. This strengthens our resources and develops new neurological pathways which help to navigate the presenting difficulties.
The benefits of this process also include the cultivation of healthy and adaptive coping techniques, loving relationships, fulfilling and prosperous work and family environments, and the ability to enjoy a happy, meaningful life.
Therapy can be a challenging space so we understand that it can be frightening. We will respect the pace in which you want to explore your lived experiences and get the support you deserve.
We do not provide immediate crisis support via email or between sessions but look forward in supporting you in our session.
